Fleet Complete Public Statement Concerning COVID-19
As we continue to serve and support our global customers and partners, Fleet Complete is monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely and building upon the response and recommendations of government agencies and public health authorities around the world.
First and foremost, the health, safety and security of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority. Aligned with the latest advice provided by the World Health Organisation and local medical authorities, we have eliminated business travel for all Fleet Complete employees globally until further notice.
We have also enacted protocols to provide that all office staff work remotely; this work-from-home transition has posed little to no business disruption, given that our services are cloud-based, and all our tools and systems remain fully operational during this period.
Our in-field installation teams continue their operations as normal, while following the recommended health and safety precautions, as advised by government health agencies worldwide.
Business Continuity Plan
We have now enacted our Business Continuity Plan to ensure the ongoing support and services to our customers and partners, carrying out ‘business as usual’ as much as possible.
As part of that plan, we have a dedicated COVID-19 Management Team that is monitoring rapid developments, planning for contingency scenarios, and taking decisive, informed actions to limit the spread of COVID-19, while safeguarding the continuity of our business processes.
We are continuing to sell, fulfill orders, install, onboard, train and provide technical support, in accordance with our regular business operations.
Do not hesitate to reach out to our Sales, Customer Success and Support teams for any questions or concerns.
We realise this situation remains very dynamic, and Fleet Complete will continue to closely monitor events at global and regional levels, learning and adapting as new information is made available. We will continue to provide updates and remain confident in our preparation and contingency planning.
As circumstances evolve, please know that all of us at Fleet Complete are doing everything we can to manage and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the safety of our employees, partners and our communities in mind.
Sincerely,
Tony Lourakis
